Oil type: Rapeseed
Pros: A good source of both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat - rapeseed has the lowest saturated fat of any oil and ten times as much omega 3 as olive oil. It can be heated to high temperatures without degrading.
Cons: None really, although its bland flavour makes it less suitable for salad dressing and dipping.
