Knih typu New Age mame domu spousta a nejak mi moc neprinasej. O mnoho prinosnejsi mi pride Wikipedie, kde se clovek skutecne docte o tom ktera bylina pusobi protizanetlive, ktere veci pusobi pozitivne a negativne na zdravi, a vsude jsou tam odkazy na vedecke studie ktere to dokazuji.
Teosofie uvedla na Zapad vychodni monismus a tak predznamenala nastup New Age, jehoz spolecnym jmenovatelem a filozofickym zakladem tento monismus je.
Ovsem jsou i vyjimky:
